Absolutely wonderful experience. The guys are knowledgeable, quick and fair. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Julian, Harrison and crew did a first class job on installing this new Bosch Mini-Split Invertor AC /Heater in our house! Paid a tiny bit more for the cement pad that Harrison made for it. So much better than sitting on packed dirt!

Julian went out of his way to get ahold of me while I was shopping for a system to let me know that there were two PNM rebates available - I got one, saved $865.! Wow, doesn't get any better!

Now when my neighbors burn leaves and trash, the swamp cooler won't be blowing smoke in the house.

So happy we got this system, nice clean air.

I highly recommend Julian with Reliable, he is a local New Mexican, the kind of person you welcome into your home to do this. So very pleased! Cool, dry air. Looking forward to winter where it probably replace our pellet stove.

I would like to thank Julian and his team, for being professional, extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and for having a price point anybody should be happy with. From the estimate, to scheduling, to installation, everything was seamless. Every question I had was answered, and really put me at ease with this investment I'm making in my home. Thank you Julian. You have a gained a return customer for the future and my recommendation to anyone who asks about any of your services.

Jules, William, and the rest of the team are super professional! I love this company and always make them my go to for HVAC service. They’re never overpriced, and they always fix the problem the same day. Thank you guys so much!!! They’re extremely prompt, courteous, and provide top notch customer service. My heat only came on periodically, but now after a board replacement, I’m getting continual heating--yay! They also replaced my HVAC ac drain, added a pee trap to the drain line, and put in extra blocks to keep the drain line from sagging. I’ve had my HVAC for 25 years and am not ready to buy a new one, so I’m so happy they were able to fix it.

10/10 would recommend!

Julian did an amazing job at completely replacing our entire HVAC unit. He was able to get this done in a days work, with a quality job done. Julian was completely up front with us from the beginning, advising us in the best way possible. He is very knowledgeable in this field, and extremely professional. He is very passionate about his work and it shows within himself and the team he has. We would absolutely recommended Julian and Reliable Climate Control Solutions to anyone needing this service, as we know it would be a great job done no matter what. We are extremely happy with his work.

He came out and did an immediate estimate. He saved me over three thousand dollars by repairing the problem instead of replacing everything. Great service and easy to work with.

On time and skilled HVAC system fall maintenance and switch over from cooling to heating with swamp cooler on roof and replacement of old natural gas furnace with a new more efficient model and duct work.

Julian installed a new furnace in my house. This was one of the best experiences I've had working with a plumber. Julian was professional, and his work quality. He also ensured I had the best price for the project. He went over and beyond of my expectations. I'd recommend him, and I added him to my contacts for future use

Have only good things to say about Mr. Julian Chavez and his team; expertise, quality, knowledge of code regulations, efficient streamlined approach to getting job done, and no mess despite drilling into ceilings and roof. Outstanding team, looking forward to him serving our furnace in a month or two. Hire them, you will be pleased.

Julian was great! He was able to look at my malfunctioning a/c the same day I requested (even went above and beyond when I rescheduled the original service call), and had it fixed by the end of the week - just had to wait on a part to get shipped. This was much sooner than I expected and definitely sooner than others I called. Very professional, punctual, and explained everything well. Thank you!

Julian did a great job at an affordable price on HVAC. He knows his stuff. He was super responsive, fast and professional. He charged a fair price and didn’t try to gouge me like other HVAC contractors have tried to do. He also did plumbing work for my 82 year old father at my request, he was trust worthy, kind and fair. I highly recommend his company.

Julian at Reliable Climate Control just finished a bathroom remodel for us. We couldn't be happier with the result. He converted a tub/shower into a beautiful walk in shower. His crew were always polite and communicated well. Julian gave us updates along the way and provided lots of choices. The quality of work is excellent and he included thoughtful details we didn't think of that really elevated the whole project. We got a bathroom sink and counter to match the shower, a new fan with a timer, and a ceiling light. Materials were high quality and we paid exactly the price we agreed on at the beginning of the project.
